No, you just pay the price of the product. There are no hidden charges when you checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, I will contact you via email or WhatsApp to say hello, provide you with an update, and share tracking details. I will keep you informed at every stage and you can easily contact me on what’s app. I am just a message away!

Is there a retail store I can visit? Can I see the product before buying it?

I am afraid no, sorry. I trade online only.

Can I order a piece that is sold out on your website or is not shown on the website but I have seen it elsewhere?

Can I change or cancel my order?

I am afraid you can’t. I cannot amend, cancel or provide a refund once an order is placed. You can contact me to discuss your issue and I am sure I will be able to help you with an alternative to suit your needs.

Are your products sold through other websites or stores?

No, my products are only sold via this website and via me through what’s app. It is not sold by any other person, entity or website.

How does the Instalment option work?

You have the option of paying for a product in 3 instalments.

Only once the total value of your order is paid in full, are the goods dispatched.

Please note if you do not pay the second and third deposits, the goods are not sent to you, and you will lose the initial 20% deposit amount paid to reserve the product.

Paying in 3 Instalments

1st Payment – 20% of the value of your order (sales price) is charged to reserve the product at the time of order (1st Month).

2nd Payment – A reminder is sent via email/what’s app to remind you to make the payment of 40% of the order value in the second month.

3rd Payment – A reminder is sent via email/what’s app to remind you to make the final payment of 40% of the order value in the third month.

EXAMPLE:

Good purchased on 01.01.2021 of value £100 = Total order value £100

ORDER DATE – You pay £20 on 01.01.2021 (20% deposit)

2nd payment – Due on 01.02.2021 – 40% of £100 (total order value) = £40

3rd payment – Due on 01.03.2021 – 40% of £100 (total order value) = £40

Total paid £100 across 3 months.
