What I do to make myself feel beautiful?

I get up every morning, look into the mirror and tell myself: ''Ayush, you are simply beautiful. There is no one like you in this whole wide World. You are one of a kind and you were created with lots of love and care. Your job is to enjoy this wonderful life and spread joy around you. You are perfect, just the way you are. I love you.''

Some of you will think I am crazy or call me a narcissist; that's ok you have the right to have an opinion, it does not bother me.

Here are some of my tips that I keep in mind to feel beautiful every single day, and none of that involves makeup or haircuts:

• I try to observe people and learn about them. I don't judge them.
• Whenever my mind starts criticising me, I try and remember things to admire myself. I always take my thoughts to a good place which empowers my being and makes me feel good about myself.
  
• I always try to smile, even when I am unhappy or angry, I try to remian hopeful. It's not easy but over time it starts working.
• I never shy away from giving compliments and saying thanks when I receive one. If like something about someone I am quick to let them know. If on the contrary I do not like something I know to keep my mouth shut and keep my criticism to myself.
• I do not stop myself from wearing colours, irrespective of how I look or what people have to say. If I like a colour I wear it!
• I try and not to be too stuck up and fixated with things. I still have a long way to go but I learning to start accepting things as they are.
• Every week I buy myself a nice bar of chocolates and a bunch of fresh flowers. It lifts my soul. I am a very special person and I need to show my love to me.

Stay happy where ever you are and don't ever let anyone tell you that you are not beautiful. There is no one else like you in this whole wide World!!! How cool is that?!
