Never Never Never … Give Up

When I started the ‘Ayush Kejriwal’ label I had no idea where it would lead. I just followed my heart, did what seemed right and entered doors wherever they opened. There was never a grand plan and nothing was set in stone apart from the mantra that I should continue to put my best foot forward and never stop trying.

India has no shortage of amazingly talented artists, stylists, and designers, and carving out a place for myself seemed a daunting task from 5000 miles away in Scotland. I soon realized that, rather than try to penetrate the established industry, it made more sense to draw on all of my skills, resources, and creativity to create my own niche, on my own terms, completely independent from the establishment.

My way of doing things is unconventional and the risk of failure and disappointment is omnipresent.  I have lost count of the number of times that doors have been slammed shut in my face and I’ve had to pick myself up and dust myself off. However, it was always during those moments of disappointment and despair that the miracles would occur and I would be catapulted forward towards the next stage of my journey. I am now so grateful to those who slammed doors shut in my face – if they had let me enter their worlds, I would never have created my own.

There is great truth in the idea that the universe works with you and for you when you approach life with honesty, integrity, and generosity. The universe repays in abundance and I have truly been showered with love, support, and kindness. I am so grateful to all of my customers and social media followers and I would like to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart.
