The ancient Art of Thodu Bommalata is from the Andra Pradesh region of India. The word ‘Thodu’ means leather and ‘Bommalu’ means dolls in Telugu.

Please note this is a completely handmade product so there will be a little variation when the piece is made again and slight variations in colour and the artwork in natural. Crooked lines, smudged paints and slight imperfections are always expected. These handpainted artworks are imperfectly beautiful.
